In April 2021, the 77 Organization was a proud sponsor of the 38^th Annual Area II Leadership Conference for the Top Teens of America (TTA).  The leadership conference was designed to help local teens to develop and grow as young adults through a series of workshops focused on topics teens face daily.

The Top Teens of America is the primary thrust of Top Ladies of Distinction Inc. and a community focused organization that serves youth and adults by beautifying the community, meeting the needs of our senior citizens, improving literacy, and raising funds and awareness for St. Jude Cancer Research, the March of Dimes, Sickle Cell Anemia, and Alzheimer disease.
